Pat Voigt was born in Prairie City, OR on December 24, 1950 to Karl and Carol Voigt. He attended and graduated from Prairie City high school in 1969. Mr. Voigt attended Pacific University in Forest Grove and graduated from Western Oregon University in 1973. He obtained a bachelors degree in General Studies with emphasis on geography and psychology. Pat married Hedy Ricco in 1974 in Reno NV. They have two grown children a boy and a girl. Pat has spent most of his life ranching in Prairie City and understands the struggles that local ranchers face due to changing times. He thought that joining the board would be a good way to help make a difference during these difficult times and has been a part of the board since 1990, his current term Expires in 2020.
