Mr. Henslee was born in Prairie City in 1960 to Fred and Alita Henslee. Rick attended and graduated school in Long Creek OR, he then went on to attend college at Blue Mountain Community College, while there he studied Ag production. Rick married his wife Ronda in 1984 at Long Creek. Rick has been involved in ranching for most of his life, and when John Borgerson was leaving his position on the District board of directors he approached Rick stating that he felt Rick would be a good person to sit on the board. Rick joined the Board of Directors in 2022, hi current term Expires in 2020.
